Card of the Day: September 21, 2022

Card: Two of Wands Deck: Radiant Rider Waite Description: A man faces away from the front of the card, and 3/4 of the way to the left. He is Caucasian with short brown hair, rather young in appearance, perhaps late 20s, early thirties as much as I can see from him. He wears a red cap, an orange-ish tunic, and reddish brown boots that come almost up to the knee. Over the tunic, he wears a red over tunic that almost reaches the ground behind him and slightly higher in the front. In his left hand, he holds a sprouting wand vertically that rests upon the half-height wall in front of him. The wall is made of gray-white stone. One the side to the left of the man on the wall, is a picture of two white lilies with unopened blooms mirroring one another diagonally, with two red flowers (maybe roses?) perpendicular to them. On the right of him and attached to the wall by a metal clamp, is the second wand with three budding leaves towards the top of it,. He looks out upon an expanse of water in t

Card: 9 of Cups Deck : Robin Wood Description : A rather rotund middle aged man, based on the crow's feet near his eyes, looks awfully jolly. He is wearing a large red round cap with purple and gold decorations on the top of it. He is pale with dark eyebrows, and I bet he's bald under that cap. He has a double chin that extends almost past the red collar of the shirt he is wearing. The shirt is mainly red, with gold filigree. He seems to have man boobs too. The shirt has a purple over collar to it that is decorated with gold polka dots. Behind him, in a sort of triangular form, are nine golden cups. Each cup has a band of solid white with golden circles on it.  Explanation: this is a guy who probably hasn't seen a day of hard manual labor in his life. I bet his hands would be soft. He's consumed way too much of the good stuff in life, but it hasn't made him greedy in a selfish way. He might be one of those guys who drinks way too much at the party and tries to be

Card : Page of Pentacles Deck : Robin Wood Description : a young woman with her blonde hair back in what seems to be a messy ponytail. She wears a white tunic with long sleeves that ends at her upper thigh. It is cinched at her waist with what seems to be a rope. The ends of the sleeves and the bottom hem of the tunic seem to be bordered in lily pads with light pink flowers. Attached to the rope waist is an artist's palette with seven different splotches of color. She stands at the edge of the wave line, on the wet sand, in sandals that are light brown, probably leather. The page stands at a 45 degree angle towards the card, but with her face facing directly to the left hand side of the card. The waves seem sort of tempestuous, definitely frothy, but more like that white bubbly froth that comes from waves hitting the shore, not necessarily like a storm brewing. She holds in her right hand a golden goblet with something coming out of it. At first I thought it was a bird, but given t

Card : 9 of Swords Deck : Robin Wood Description : 9 silver swords with curly cross guards hang horizontal on a black wall. A blonde woman (gender determined by length of hair and overall gut feeling) sits hunched in a bed. She is facing to the right, perpendicular to the viewer. Her whole demeanor is hunched over, her knees are drawn up. It feels like night time, probably because she is in a bed where she was obviously resting. The pillowcase and fitted sheet are white, the frame of the bed is a warm wood. The flat sheet is light blue. The underside of the comforter is white. The top of the comforter is dark blue with white stars, white dots and yellow or gold astrological symbols. The visible astrological/planetary symbols are: Pisces, Aquarius, Mercury, Neptune, and Saturn. Element : Air General thoughts : This card always gives me more angsty feelings than the Tower or Death. So, I keep to the speed limit religiously, check in with my family, and hope for the best. But no matter

Card: Two of Wands Deck: Robin Wood Tarot A blond haired young man....imagining him to be a him although the gender is unclear, and about 16-18 years of age. He holds a wand in the left hand, as one would a staff, and a globe of the earth in his right hand. He looks away from the reader, out towards the sea to the left side of the card.. The other wand is secured to a gray stone wall by a metal clamp. The wall is made of very symmetrical, well carved light gray stonework. On the right side of the young person, the wall extends upwards slightly taller than the person. The wall directly in front of the person only extends to about waist level.  The sea in front of him that he gazes out on is calm, the shore consists of a very small sandy shore but mostly grassy steep cliffs. The weather is calm, mostly cloudy, but a bright day. Element: Wands are associated with FIRE .  General thoughts: beginning of plans, starting to put plans into action. Eagerness for the future and all the brigh
